This is a varied and fast-paced role, responsible for the successful delivery of office relocations, refurbishments, fit-outs, workplace improvements and facilities operations. The successful candidate will oversee projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end office relocation, expansion, refurbishment and fit-out projects across international locations. Source and coordinate new office premises, including lease negotiations and associated documentation.
