Working within a small, collaborative team, you''ll play a key role in delivering internal facilities and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion. This position offers a varied workload across electrical, mechanical, and civil projects within a secure and highly regulated environment. The Role You will be responsible for managing and coordinating facilities-based projects, including: Developing project concepts and scopes of work Producing project plans and supporting tender processes Reviewing contractor quotations and procurement submissions Coordinating RAMS and contractor documentation Monitoring contractors on-site and supporting project delivery Ensuring projects are completed and signed off in line with business requirements Liaising with internal stakeholders including Security, IT, H&S, and operational user groups The role is primarily based in Havant, with occasional support required at the clients Gloucester and Westbury sites.
