Facilities Operative

What you''ll be doing: Carrying out general maintenance tasks, including basic repairs and equipment upkeep Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities Responding to reactive maintenance issues promptly Monitoring site services and equipment for safe operation Assisting with safety checks, hazard identification, and reporting Supporting waste management and site cleanliness Assisting contractors when needed Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition Acting as a keyholder, conducting daily site checks and shutdowns Participating in ''Out of Hours'' response team duties Supporting additional tasks as directed by Senior Management What you''ll bring: Practical experience in a maintenance or hands-on environment Basic understanding of health and safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of manual tasks (lifting, bending, etc.) Full clean driving licence Competent with electrics (advantageous but not essential) Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential) This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their facilities management skills within a ..... full job details .....
