This is a temporary position for an expected 4 weeks initially. Key Responsibilities: Site housekeeping, cleaning and general maintenance Emptying waste bins and managing recycling Carrying out site inspections and reporting maintenance issues Basic repairs, painting and DIY tasks Grounds maintenance of internal and external areas Maintaining welfare areas, facilities and replenishments of supplies on site where needed, supporting between the contract cleaning activites. Supporting contractors, engineering and site improvement projects - e.g the safe movement, relocation or installation of equipment, furniture and other items.
