Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Premises and MaintenanceOverseeing planned and reactive maintenance across the building.Coordinating repairs to keep the clinic safe and fully functional.Scheduling maintenance activities to minimise disruption to patient care.Supplier, Vendor, and Contractor ManagementManaging relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure top-notch service.Maintaining accurate records of contracts and performance.Equipment and Asset ManagementOverseeing the servicing and repair of office and laboratory equipment.Maintaining an up-to-date asset register for smooth operations.Laboratory Environment SupportSupporting laboratory environmental requirements and responding to critical alarms.Health and SafetyLeading health and safety initiatives, including risk assessments and compliance.Promoting a strong safety culture among staff and visitors.Business Continuity and ..... full job details .....
