Facilities Operations Manager Dumfries and Galloway Schools - £45,000 - £49650 Six-month fixed-term contract 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Company vehicle provided We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead Hard and Soft FM services across six schools in Dumfries and Galloway. You will manage operational performance, service-level agreements, budgets, supply-chain delivery and compliance audits, while acting as the key escalation point for customers and school business managers. You will lead and support Engineers, Facilities Team Leaders, Cleaning Supervisors and Caretakers, promoting strong performance, safety and customer satisfaction across the portfolio. Proven facilities or operations management experience is essential, alongside knowledge of multi-site FM, KPI delivery and premises health and safety requirements. A full UK driving licence is required; IOSH and PFI contract experience are desirable.
