The details of the job are below: Facilities Officer Hours: 37.5 hours 08:30am to 16:30pm Mon to Fri Salary from: £39,800k to 43k per year Location: Surrey. Suitable candidates must have full clean driving licence and access to vehicle will cover two homes in Surrey. Also must be able to carry minor repairs, maintenance works and caretaking duties where appropriate. Purpose of role: To support the Property and Estates Manager (PEM) in the day-to-day operation and management of its houses and the wider houses Investment Property Portfolio ensuring that the houses and facilities are safe, compliant and well maintained.
