This is an operational role that involves providing day to day support to the Facilities Operational Team and contributing to the safe, compliant, and efficient management of NRW workplaces. You will handle a range of administrative and organisational tasks, including managing documentation such as emails, invoices, and schedules, and gathering and relaying information from various sources. You will be trusted to handle documentation, process payments for goods and services, and manage NRW equipment and information responsibly. You will also support active monitoring activities and ensure the safe use of NRW equipment and information. You will be contracted to the NRW office at Coed y Mynydd, Dolgellau or Bala site and be required to travel regularly to sites within your allocated hub, often using an NRW electric vehicle.
