The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of building services plant and equipment, ensuring statutory compliance, operational reliability, and a safe environment for staff, students and visitors.    This role requires a qualified mechanical engineer with extensive experience in water hygiene management, plumbing systems, HVAC plant, pumps, and pressurisation equipment. The position will involve both hands-on maintenance activities and supporting compliance requirements relating to water systems.    Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical building services plant.
