Facilities Manager

Job Title: Facilities Manager Location: York Road Project, Woking, Surrey, with some hybrid working. Own car required with travel around the Woking area as needed. Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am-6pm. Flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate. Salary: £23,.5 hours, depending on experience Benefits: Holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum (pro-rata for 0.6 FTE) plus bank holidays (pro-rata), pension, Birthday Day off, Medicash plan, flexible working and hybrid working. Direct reports: None, works as part of the Admin and Systems Team. About York Road Project York Road Project is a homelessness charity based in Woking, supporting people experiencing homelessness for over 30 years. York Road Project exists to defeat homelessness. Through our Today Centre, Tonight Centre and Tomorrow Houses, we work alongside people to prevent homelessness, respond to crisis, and support long-term recovery and independence. Purpose of the Role The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and effective operation of all facilities at York Road Project, which includes our 24-hour, 10-bedroom Tonight Centre accommodation as well as 3 further Tomorrow Houses, comprising of a further 14 beds. This will ensure all of our buildings are maintained to a high standard, remain fit for purpose, and meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
