Facilities Manager 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: SheffieldContract: Fixed Term 3 MonthsHours: Monday to Friday, 08 30Sector: Student Accommodation / Residential PropertyTSR Recruitment are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day facilities and maintenance operation of a large 417-unit student and private residential development in Sheffield.This is an initial 3-month fixed-term position, managing a small on-site maintenance team and ensuring the development is maintained to a high standard for residents.The Role As Facilities Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of all maintenance and facilities activities across the development.
