Engineering / Facilities Manager Salary: Up to £56,000 Days OnlyI''m working with an established food manufacturer looking for an Engineering and Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the facilities side of the site, overseeing maintenance, compliance, planning and day-to-day coordination.This is a great opportunity for someone with a facilities-focused background in food manufacturing who wants to broaden their management experience, take ownership of site services and develop towards a Site Engineering Manager position.The Role You''ll be responsible for keeping site facilities running safely and efficiently, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring standards are consistently maintained across the site.Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing site facilities, including general building maintenance, pneumatics and compliance. Planning and coordinating facilities maintenance, ensuring work is prioritised and completed effectively. Managing a team of approximately three handymen. Coordinating contractors and resources to support site maintenance requirements. Taking responsibility for departmental budgets, cost control and resource planning. Ensuring compliance requirements and facilities standards are maintained. Supporting site improvement projects and identifying opportunities to improve facilities and processes.
