Working closely with senior management, you''ll ensure buildings, equipment and facilities are safe, compliant and operating efficiently, while driving improvements and supporting sustainability initiatives.What You''ll Be DoingManaging facilities across three sites.Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.Organising repairs, maintenance and contractor management.Overseeing building projects, refurbishments and improvements.Managing facilities budgets, purchase orders and supplier invoices.Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and environmental regulations.Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Supporting sustainability and environmental initiatives.Maintaining safe, well-presented and fully operational working environments.What We''re Looking ForPrevious Facilities Management experience.Practical maintenance or trade skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general maintenance).Experience managing contractors and planned maintenance schedules.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Commercial ..... full job details .....
