Facilities Manager
Facilities Manager Alderley Edge 42,000 - 44,000 DOE My client is one of the largest privately owned property companies in the country. Working on site in Alderley Edge, they are currently looking to make an addition to their team, in the form of a Facilities Manager. The Role Ensuring all hard and soft Facilities services are delivered to specification, and planned/reactive activities meet SLAs, agreed delivery process, cost and reporting requirements Creating excellent relationships with tenants, suppliers, contractors and in-house teams, driving performance, communication and motivation Overseeing performance of all building and service-specific Compliance activities (including remedial actions) Managing landlord services and third party/tenant relationships, ensuring service charge obligations are met Coordinating and supporting onsite inspections/assessments (Fire Risk Assessment, Cleaning audits etc.) Providing accurate and useful monthly/quarterly internal/external reporting for the Company Supporting internal and external HandS activities Ensuring adherence to all regulatory Compliance and HandS requirements The Person Hard and Soft Facilities Management experience essential Project Management experience Experience in managing contractors and in-house teams essential Good working knowledge of HandS in the workplace is essential Experience of assisting in the management of multi-site operations across a region is desirable IOSHH/ NEBOSHH Desirable Experience with ..... full job details .....
