Acting as the subject matter expert for spa environments, you will lead the development and implementation of maintenance strategies that ensure consistency, compliance, and a premium member experience across all locations. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving performance across the group . You will play a key role in holding clubs and Regional Facilities Managers to account when standards fall short, using structured reporting, KPI tracking, and audit outcomes to ensure swift corrective action and continuous improvement. You will act as the key link between the Head of Facilities Management, central property functions, and regional teams-ensuring that Spa Retreat facilities are aligned with brand expectations, operational requirements, and long-term asset protection goals Our Team Members are at the heart of what we do.
