Morgan Hunt requires a Facilities Manager for a Client based in SouthamptonPay Rate: £300ph to £320 per day LtdHours 37 8am to 4pm Mon to Fri .Location: Southampton/FarehamDuration: 6 months on going contract Suitable candidates must have full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle as would be required to cover two sites in Fareham Role Overview:The Facilities Manager (FM) has responsibility for the effective delivery of facilities services for all building users including staff, visitors, clients and tenants. The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that the physical environment is fit for purpose in terms of premises, the facilities are fully compliant with regard to health and safety and that the organisation has the appropriate level of FM services and support for their operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage on a day-to-day basis the Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract ensuring that the Agency''s buildings are appropriately maintained, safe and compliant within the agreed budget. Manage, monitor and improve the Facility Management Services that are provided via third parties ensuring they are delivered as specified the required quality and standards against agreed Key Performance Indicators and within the budget agreed.
