You''ll play a key role in bringing new facilities online, delivering improvement projects and establishing the standards, systems and processes needed to support continued growth.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and long-term development of the company''s UK facilities, covering:Managing facilities operations across Gloucester and Swindon manufacturing sitesDelivering fit-outs, relocations, machine installations and site improvement projectsManaging building services including HVAC, utilities, compressed air, electrical and mechanical plantDeveloping and managing PPM and statutory inspection programmesEnsuring sites remain compliant, safe and audit-readySelecting, managing and negotiating with contractors and suppliersManaging facilities budgets, service contracts and project costsWorking closely with engineering, operations, quality and leadership teamsReporting facilities performance and KPIs to senior managementEstablishing facilities processes and best practices as the business continues to scaleAbout YouWe''re looking for someone with proven facilities management or site operations experience within a ..... full job details .....
