You''ll work closely with residents and on-site colleagues in a premium environment where attention to detail, safety and service create a best-in-class living experience. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will own the day-to-day operation of building services and common areas, keeping the development safe, compliant and beautifully maintained. You''ll lead a small on-site team, manage specialist contractors and ensure the MandE plant, pool and spa, parking and landscaped areas run smoothly through planned and reactive works. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE All statutory and company compliance is met, evidenced and audit-ready at all times. PPMs are completed on schedule, with minimal reactive callouts and zero critical downtime.
