This temporary position will involve overseeing the day-to-day management, maintenance, compliance and safety of a large multi-building site, ensuring facilities operate efficiently with minimal disruption to business operations. This is a varied, hands-on role combining practical maintenance, contractor management, project work, health and safety compliance, budget management and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site across multiple buildings. Deliver and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.
