Facilities Manager Location: Theale, BerkshireSalary: Up to £55,000 per annumJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, compliance, and operational efficiency of its facilities in Theale. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all building services, infrastructure, contractor management, health and safety compliance, and facilities-related projects. The successful candidate will play a vital part in delivering a safe, efficient, and high-performing working environment while supporting future business growth. Key Responsibilities Facilities and Building Management Manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings, services, and infrastructure. Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance schedules. Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and asset performance. Coordinate reactive maintenance and resolve operational issues efficiently. Health, Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and building regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Manage statutory testing and certification requirements. Promote a strong safety culture throughout the business.
