The role reports to the Head of Estates and Facilities. You will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day delivery of the Hard FM functions, including technical services, engineering maintenance, minor works, and mechanical, electrical and infrastructure projects. This will include assuring all Statutory Compliance, PPM plans, Policies and Plans are managed and reviewed on a regular basis. The role includes Lead and overall line manage the in-house technical services staff and administration and incorporate outsourced hard FM staff into the team.
