Key Responsibilities 1. Technical & Hard Services Operations Manage and oversee all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, reactive repairs, and plant room operations across the development. Supervise on-site engineers and external specialist contractors covering M&E, HVAC, Lifts, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS, and Access Control. Conduct regular technical audits and quality checks on completed engineering and maintenance works. Manage minor works projects, lifecycle maintenance, and asset replacements from specification through to sign-off. 2. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure 100% statutory compliance across all building systems, including Fire Safety (BS 9991/9999), Water Hygiene (L8), Electrical (BS 7671), Gas Safety, and Pressure Systems. Lead on site-wide risk assessments, RAMS reviews, Permits to Work (PTW), and Access to Work (ATW) authorizations.
