This is a contract-management-level role with responsibility for ensuring contracts are successfully mobilised, delivered and retained, while identifying opportunities to improve service and grow existing accounts. The role would suit an experienced Facilities Manager, Contract Manager, Hard FM Manager or Technical FM professional who combines strong client management skills with a solid understanding of MandE maintenance, compliance and building services. The Role: You will act as the primary point of contact for allocated clients, building trusted relationships while coordinating engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure contracts consistently meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements.
