This is a contract-management-level role with responsibility for ensuring contracts are successfully mobilised, delivered and retained, while identifying opportunities to improve service and grow existing accounts. The role would suit an experienced Facilities Manager, Contract Manager, Hard FM Manager or Technical FM professional who combines strong client management skills with a solid understanding of M&E maintenance, compliance and building services.
