Job Title: Facilities Manager Location: Oxford / Surrounding Areas Salary: up to 55,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent, Full-timeAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities operations and small works projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage teams, subcontractors, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will drive operational excellence, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
