The ideal candidate will really understand how to build relationships with tenants, understanding their requirements, and ensuring that all properties maintain the best possible standards. You will be responsible for creating service charge budgets across a portfolio of multi-tenanted properties and liaise with suitable contractors to deliver those services as both pre-planned and in some cases emergency works.
