Here''s what you''ll be doing: Oversee the maintenance and management of building systems and services within the distribution centre.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and Health and Safety requirements in line with UK laws.Maintain site facilities and implement planned preventative maintenance schedules.Plan and supervise operational site renovations or refurbishments, managing contractors effectively.Source and oversee contracts and service providers, while managing the facilities and maintenance budgets.Address site maintenance and facilities emergencies promptly.Take ownership of the internal FLT management system and manage the MHE fleet on site.Supervise external cleaners and security personnel, managing waste effectively.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
