Facilities Manager (North) - Building Maintenance and Services We''re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager (Senior Specialist, Facility Services) to lead the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a portfolio of sites across the North of the UK (Telford, Coventry, Smethwick, Chippenham and Warrington, with occasional support to Leeds and Scarborough)This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of building maintenance, workplace services, contractor management, compliance, and facilities projects across multiple locations. Travel: Regular travel between sites required What will you do? Manage the day-to-day facilities operations across multiple UK sites, ensuring a safe, efficient and well-maintained workplace. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, driving high service standards and operational performance. Ensure statutory compliance across building services, health and safety, fire safety and environmental requirements. Manage and challenge facilities suppliers and contractors to deliver against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
