The Senior Specialist, Facility Services is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, safety, and operational performance and workplace environment for Schneider Sites.(Telford, Coventry, Smethwick, Chippenham, Warrington - with potential to support Leeds and Scarborough when required)The role ensures that facilities, infrastructure, and support services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant legislation, providing a high-quality workplace experience for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. What will you do?Lead facilities operations across multiple Schneider Electric sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplaces.Manage planned and reactive maintenance, driving high standards of building performance and service delivery.Oversee key building services including HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, lifts, water systems, and critical infrastructure.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements, including contractor management and permit-to-work processes.Manage and develop relationships with facilities suppliers and service partners, monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs.Deliver high-quality workplace services, including cleaning, catering, reception, and waste management.Act as the main facilities contact for employees, site leadership teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.Lead facilities projects such as refurbishments, fit-outs, relocations, and infrastructure ..... full job details .....
