Key Candidate Requirements:Experienced Hard Services Manager - "been there done that". Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems commonly found in complex/advanced manufacturing facilities. Relevant qualifications would be desirable. For example, CIBSE. RandD or Advanced Manufacturing Building experience.Facilities and Building Maintenance background.Record keeping experience Demonstratable experience issuing contractor permits for high-risk activities.
