Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems commonly found in complex/advanced manufacturing facilities. Relevant qualifications would be desirable. For example, CIBSE. R&D or Advanced Manufacturing Building experience. Facilities & Building Maintenance background. Record keeping experience Demonstratable experience issuing contractor permits for high-risk activities. E.g work at height.
