The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing subcontractors and client relationships, ensuring compliance across all contracts, and supporting the efficient delivery of works to create and maintain an optimal working environment for clients. Key Responsibilities Contract and Operational Management Take full ownership of projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial tender and mobilisation through to live operational management. Produce, update, and manage: Service agreements Maintenance proposals Contract renewals Compliance and Performance Management Ensure all PPM and compliance obligations are met across all contracts. Maintain and manage CAFM systems and associated documentation.
