This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded leader with experience in facilities management, engineering maintenance, construction, or infrastructure environments.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities while managing operational teams, contractors, and client relationships.The RoleAs Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of maintenance operations, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities include:Managing the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and minor project works.Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, health and safety regulations, and site-specific requirements.Leading and coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality services.Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and ensuring safe systems of work are implemented.Conducting site inspections and quality audits to maintain operational standards.Managing compliance activities relating to areas such as ..... full job details .....
