Kier GroupWe''re looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Jubilee Library team based in Brighton.
Location:
Jubilee Library, Brighton
Hours:
40 hours per week – Mon–Fri, 08:00 to 17:00
What will you be responsible for?
As a Facilities Manager, you''ll be working within the Jubilee Library team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across the site.
Your Day To Day Will Include
Ensuring effective delivery of Hard and Soft FM services in line with contract requirementsManaging Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance across the siteLeading and liaising with contractors and suppliers to resolve operational issuesOverseeing health, safety, environmental, and hygiene complianceManaging budgets and supporting procurement processes
What are we looking for?
This role of Facilities Manager is great for you if:
You have proven operational FM experience in both Hard and Soft servicesYou have PFI experience and are confident managing pre-planned maintenanceYou hold a Health and Safety qualification (e.g., CITB SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH)
