We are working with a leading facilities management provider seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to oversee the delivery of FM services within a high-profile environment. The Role As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities operations, contractor performance, compliance, and service delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional experience for occupiers and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Managing the delivery of hard and soft FM services across the site. Ensuring the building fabric and facilities are maintained to a high standard. Leading Health and Safety compliance and statutory requirements. Managing contractors and service providers to ensure service excellence. Monitoring budgets and identifying opportunities for efficiencies. Producing management reports and tracking key performance indicators. Maintaining compliance records, asset registers, and emergency plans. Building strong relationships with clients, occupiers, and key stakeholders. Coordinating fire safety procedures, emergency planning, and evacuations. Managing site risks, insurance matters, and major works projects.
