Working collaboratively across the Trust, you''ll bring good governance and commercial thinking to help us manage risk and protect the organisation. The Role: Lead procurement activity across Facilities, insurance, fleet, services and capital works, ensuring robust decision-making, value for money, quality, compliance and sustainability. Manage key contracts and suppliers, including insurance, monitoring performance, compliance, budgets, value for money and sustainability, and lead market-testing activity. Oversee insurance arrangements, ensuring appropriate cover, legal and regulatory compliance, risk management and assurance across the Trust. Develop, maintain and test the Trust''s Emergency Management Framework (EMF), ensuring effective procedures are in place to respond to incidents.
