Facilities Manager
Hexagon Group are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious residential property management company in their search for a Facilities Manager to oversee one of London''s most exclusive residential developments in London''s West End. The development offers an unrivalled range of resident amenities, including a luxury spa, swimming pool, fitness suite and private cinema. As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of all building services, ensuring statutory compliance is maintained, service partners consistently perform to the highest standards, and all mechanical and electrical systems operate efficiently.
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to -70,000 plus company benefit which will include a 10% bonus.
This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading organisation that specialises in managing some of the capital''s most luxurious residential assets. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional living experience for residents, ensuring the development is maintained to the highest possible standards while supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operational management of this landmark building.
You will work closely with residents, contractors and specialist consultants, taking ownership of technical queries, overseeing apartment fit-outs and resident alterations, monitoring planned and reactive maintenance programmes, and ensuring the building fabric and communal areas remain in immaculate condition. You will also play an important role in health & safety management, emergency preparedness and identifying opportunities to continually improve service delivery across the estate.
Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong technical or engineering background who has previously managed high-end residential developments, luxury hotels or similar premium environments. You will possess an excellent understanding of statutory compliance, contractor management and building services, whilst demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering first-class customer service.
NEBOSH or an equivalent health & safety qualification would be advantageous, alongside experience using CAFM systems. Most importantly, you will be a proactive, hands-on individual who enjoys working within a collaborative team and takes pride in maintaining buildings of the highest calibre.
