Facilities Manager

Hexagon Group has an exciting opportunity to work directly for a privately owned real estate investment and development company based close to Worthing. Our client is looking to appoint a Facilities Manager to join their in-house property management team, managing a mixed-use property portfolio across Chichester, Poole and Basingstoke. Your time will be split between working from the company''s offices four days a week, with one day dedicated to carrying out site inspections. The salary for this role is up to 50,000, plus company benefits. The role will involve carrying out regular site inspections and liaising with tenants to resolve any issues that arise, while working closely with external contractors to ensure reactive and PPM works are carried out effectively. With support from the finance team, you will be responsible for the production and management of service charge budgets across the properties, alongside overseeing site health and safety and ensuring all statutory compliance requirements are met. In addition, you will be responsible for managing fit-out projects and refurbishments, working closely with both internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively. You will ideally have several years'' experience managing a mixed-use property portfolio on behalf of a managing agent or property investment company.
