This is a key operational role, offering the opportunity to lead site management, ensure compliance, and drive service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day management of estates and facilities staff, including portering and support teams.Act as the main point of contact for estates services across the PCNManage outsourced contracts and ensure service delivery meets agreed standardsOversee space utilisation, site compliance, and risk assessmentsSupport capital and minor works projects, including statutory maintenanceMonitor budgets, authorise spend, and contribute to cost improvement plans.Maintain fire safety, security, and emergency procedures across sitesLiaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors to resolve operational issuesEnsure statutory compliance and contribute to audit and inspection processesRepresent estates in PCN meetings and support strategic planningWhat You''ll Need:Degree or equivalent experience in Estates and Facilities managementIOSH certificationStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience managing operational teams and service contractsAbility to work across multiple sites and manage changing prioritiesProficiency in ..... full job details .....
