This is a varied role combining facilities management, health and safety, team leadership, contractor management and customer service, within an organisation with a strong social purpose. Key responsibilities include: Leading, managing and developing the on-site facilities team. Ensuring statutory, health and safety and facilities compliance is maintained. Managing contractors, suppliers and facilities contracts, ensuring value for money and agreed service standards. Overseeing preventative maintenance, building services and facilities improvements. Managing the facilities budget and procurement of goods and services. Supporting refurbishment, maintenance and capital works projects.
