We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day facilities operation of a large industrial and office facility in Cumbernauld. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong technical background who enjoys managing building operations, contractor performance, compliance, and maintenance activities while remaining close to the engineering function. This role would particularly suit candidates from an Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical or HVAC background who are looking to take ownership of a prestigious site and lead facilities delivery within a manufacturing environment. The Role As Facilities Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the site. Working closely with the on-site engineering team and specialist contractors, you will ensure all maintenance, compliance and facilities activities are delivered to the highest standard. You will be the key point of contact for the client and will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment, managing contractors, overseeing projects and driving service excellence across the facility.
