Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager Knaresborough Pay rate: 24.62 p/hStart date: ASAPTemp 3 month contract (will end of December) Knaresborough HG5 0SDSite based role - Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm This is a hands-on temporary assignment supporting the safe, efficient and compliant management of our site facilities, infrastructure and support services. You''ll work closely with our Operations and Maintenance teams, taking ownership of day-to-day facilities priorities, coordinating contractors and compliance activities, and helping us maintain high standards across the site.What you''ll be doingManage the day-to-day facilities operation across the site, ensuring buildings, grounds and infrastructure are maintained to a high standard.Coordinate planned and reactive facilities maintenance and ensure records are accurate and up to date within our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Manage and coordinate service contracts including cleaning, pest control, waste collection, PPE and other site support services.Oversee site assets including access control systems, two-way radios, gas monitors, respiratory protective equipment (RPE), lockers and security passes.Coordinate statutory inspections and compliance activities, including Legionella management, surface water sampling, weather station inspections and site meter monitoring.Coordinate reactive facilities requirements and deliver small improvement projects outside the scope of the Maintenance ..... full job details .....
