The role would involve taking charge of a small team who would support you in keeping the facilities working smoothly.  As Facilities Manager, your role would include a mixture of: Leading a small Site Services team, and managing the annual budget and purchasing  Overseeing improvements to facilities and planning the preventative maintenance schedule Managing external contractors for major work items and specialist services (for instance PAT testing, lift servicing, and fire equipment inspections) Hands-on troubleshooting for routine problems with systems such as electrics, plumbing, and air conditioning.
