Facilities ManagerLocation: Liverpool / MerseysideJob Type: PermanentHours: Full TimeSalary: 45,000 per annumSector: Facilities Management / Public SectorOur client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Manager to support a large public sector contract across the Merseyside area.This is an operational management role overseeing the delivery of hard facilities services across multiple sites. You will be responsible for supporting site teams, maintaining service standards and ensuring planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed effectively and in line with contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of hard FM services across multiple sitesLead, support and motivate site-based maintenance teamsEnsure PPM, reactive and corrective works are completed within agreed timescalesMonitor compliance with Health and Safety, environmental and quality proceduresCarry out regular site inspections and compliance auditsSupport planned works, projects and contract variationsLiaise with clients, site teams and other stakeholdersMonitor CAFM systems and ensure maintenance records are accurateSupport budgeting, financial tracking and commercial activityAttend operational and client meetings where requiredRequirementsPrevious experience within Facilities Management, ideally managing hard servicesExperience managing engineering or maintenance teamsStrong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenanceExperience ..... full job details .....
