£46k plus car allowance £5.7K

Our client is looking for a Facilities Manager to join the business for a 12-18month FTC covering maternity leave. 

The Role 

• Overseeing a contract running over 4 schools on the Wirral (near Liverpool)
• Managing 3 caretakers and 13 cleaning staff
• Liaising with headteachers, Head of Business and client 
• Ensuring that the contractual KPIs are being met
• Reports 

The Person

• Must have PFI experience 
• Must have experience of working within Facilities Management within a similar capacity.
• Working within the education sector an advantage
