Facilities Manager
Leeds (with occasional UK travel)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK, based out of Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised professional who can manage both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
The role offers a mix of office-based coordination and occasional site visits across the UK to maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Act as the first point of contact for all client queries and escalations
- Oversee and coordinate PPM schedules and reactive maintenance works
- Ensure all maintenance activities are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage subcontractors and service providers
- Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Conduct site visits across the UK as required (occasional travel, not weekly)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance
- Experience managing multiple sites or a client portfolio
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
