Facilities Manager

We''re seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operational and structural integrity of a unique and dynamic multi-purpose venue near Reading. You will be joining a fantastic environment that truly values its employees and where you will become a core part of the organisation.
In this role, you''ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all on-site facilities, from maintaining technical systems and managing building services to leading a small team of technicians and contractors. A key part of your role will be to ensure the environment is safe, functional, and well-maintained for all users, including taking ownership of Fire Risk Assessments.
You''ll need a proactive approach and a strong background in facilities management, with experience in a complex, high-traffic environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, a solid understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to respond swiftly to operational needs.
