We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join a client-side propco, managing a portfolio of properties in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in facilities management or for a current FM looking to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day management of the property portfolio
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support budgeting and cost control activities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver excellent service

  • Some experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues promptly
