Site Services, Facilities and Compliance Manager Location Ealing London Salary £70,000 to £75,000As Site Services, Facilities and Compliance Manager, you will have a proven track record of managing site services and facilities within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment, with extensive knowledge of compliance, statutory obligations, and estate management. The Role Ensure the delivery of service requirements to support primary operations departments and maintain continuity of essential site services. These include compressed air, water, steam, process cold water, process hot water, ventilation, domestic services, drainage and effluent discharges, sprinkler systems, fire safety, and wider facilities management across the site. Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site facilities, ensuring all buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and support services are maintained to the highest operational and compliance standards. Responsible for monitoring Legionella control on site, water quality, steam supply/quality, and effluent discharge, including performance data and KPIs, ensuring the effective delivery of all contracted services to agreed service levels. Manage the development of site asset and facilities strategies to meet legal, operational, and environmental compliance requirements.
