As Facilities Manager, you’ll take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring that the highest standards of building management and compliance are consistently delivered. You’ll have the opportunity to shape FM processes as the business grows, and play a pivotal role in the consultancy’s continued success.Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day facilities management of a multi-site City Centre portfolio.Managing contractors and service providers to ensure first-class delivery.Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and statutory requirements.Working closely with landlords, occupiers, and stakeholders to build strong relationships.Supporting sustainability and ESG initiatives across the portfolio.Qualifications
Prior experience in facilities management, ideally within a property/real estate environment.Knowledge of compliance and health and safety legislation.Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt within a growing business.Ambition to grow with the consultancy and take on additional responsibility over time.Seniority level
